The majority of the story takes place in La Push, WA and Forks, WA.
Where The Book Left Off
After a battle (Cullens and Werewolves vs. Victoria and her Newborns) that destroyed the enemies and brought some members of the Volturi, the Cullens and Bella are once again safe. Pre-battle, Bella told Jacob that she loved him and she kissed him. However, she loves Edward more, so after the battle and while Jacob was healing from a major injury, Bella told Jacob that she chooses Edward. The book ends with Bella finally excepting Edward's proposal--they're getting married!
